“My first training session with Jameson was February 13, 2015. Over the course of the past five years, almost everything in my life has changed and Jameson has been there for me- cheering me on, challenging me, and teaching me. He has become a close friend and I can honestly not thank him enough for the impact he has had on my life.
In the beginning, I remember feeling so intimidated to step foot in a gym. I felt frustrated because I wanted to be in control of my fitness and nutrition but didn’t know how or even where to start. Jameson taught me how to lift and train smartly, and to feel confident in and out of the gym. He has a way of motivating you, by setting realistic and achievable goals and never shaming you for a missed workout or having an off week.
Five years later, my Monday night workout continues to be the best way to start my week. Jameson is constantly reevaluating my workout plan, which keeps me challenged and interested for all of my workouts.
