My private, one-on-one consultations are based on the latest evidence-based nutritional research, and I’ll work with you to develop a sustainable and realistic nutrition guide example based on your daily routine, dietary habits, and food preferences. I don’t believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” and will teach you how to enjoy high-calorie foods in moderation so you never feel too restricted or like you’re “on a diet.”

My nutrition consultations are split into two one-hour sessions. The first session includes a discussion of your goals, dietary habits, lifestyle, and any food intolerances, as well as a body composition analysis using bioelectrical impedance. After this session, you’ll receive your personalized nutrition guide example via email. The second session includes training on how to use the guide effectively, including tips on food preparation, using calorie-tracking apps, and customizing your plan to fit your daily needs.
Monthly Nutrition Coaching
For those who need ongoing support with their nutrition, I also offer monthly nutrition coaching. This includes unlimited revisions of your nutrition guide, ongoing support and guidance, and supplementation advice.
