New Meditation? Shamanic Breath work

Meditation and other mindfulness practises can be a POWERFUL tool for your overall well being, fitness, and mental health.

I was taken back and very impressed with my experience with the breath work meditation by Ancient Fire. I seemed to take to it well as it seemed easy for me to reach a deep level of consciousness, I’m sure for many it takes practise and a certain mind state.

The group and environment was very appropriate and beautiful. Very grateful there are people who are offering such meditations
