I want more! Passion, knowledge and accountability. These characteristics, in my opinion, are building blocks in creating one’s ideal physical representation. I’ve always had passion – the passion to be greater than what I was before, the passion of wanting something so bad you’d do anything to get it, and the passion to live my ideal life. That was the easy part. The hard part was being accountable and learning intentionally. Over this past year, Jameson and I have worked tirelessly to create a plan that is individual to my specific goals, realistic and scientifically-backed. I can say that through this past year I have evolved into a person that I want to be: both physically and mentally. And I thank Jameson for being part of that evolution. That being said, Jameson has been gracious enough to give me the blueprint. But like every hero’s journey, it is up to the individual to follow that blueprint and reach the goal at hand. Yes, my story revolves around health and fitness as the ultimate goal, but it shouldn’t be pigeon-held to that. Reaching a goal – no matter how big or small – if you go at it with passion, knowledge, and accountability – you win. Period. Thank you for the opportunity to have my self-image actualized and let’s evolve further into a warrior. I pledge to accept the challenges, celebrate the accomplishments and overcome adversity – only to make me one better. Progression is key
